Does the APE include the “Recommendations” section with an estimate of savings?
Does the APE cost comply with the limits (max €1/m², up to €2,500)?
Do the measures concern products listed in the POC ENERGIA/CSE 2025 Table?
Are PV systems grid‑connected and sized for self‑consumption ≥ 80%?
Is the project cost between €40,000 and €221,000 (VAT excluded)?
Use only “RdO Evoluta” (NO ODA, NO Direct Negotiation).
Select the correct CPV and Consip negotiation model.
Request and enter the CIG (ANAC form P7.2).
Invite at least:
1 supplier if < €140,000
5 suppliers if ≥ €140,000
Carry out the mandatory site visit and record minutes (within 20 days from the RdO).
Submit one application per building or property complex.
Include:

APE “ex ante”
CIG code
All required documentation
Sign the contract with the supplier within 60 days from the grant award.
Install and commission the systems by 16 January 2026.
Pay the supplier within 30 days from the invoice.
Submit the credit request and expense reporting within 60 days from payment.
