ST - Three Pass Steam Generator
Model ST smoke tube steam generator, 3-pass, wet back – designed for high capacities, maximum efficiency and continuous operation in demanding industrial applications.
ST - Three-pass Steam Boiler
This boiler series is designed for industries requiring a constant steam flow, such as food, chemical-pharmaceutical, textile, fertilizer, petrochemical (refineries), paper, industrial laundries, beverages, construction materials, plastics, rubber, wood and many others.
The pressure body is built exclusively with certified materials and subjected to non-destructive tests such as radiography on joints and liquid penetrant inspection on corner welds. Inspections are performed by our qualified technicians and validated by PED inspectors. The entire construction is CE-certified, compliant with PED Directive 2014/68/EU and calculation code VSG ed. 99, and equipped with all required safety devices.
Tube plates may be flat with corner welding or hot-forged with full edging, to absorb thermal expansions and adapt to different load conditions. All joints are arc-welded, performed with manual or automatic procedures.
For insulation of the outer surfaces and collectors, we use high-density rock wool (100 kg/m³) coated with aluminum or stainless steel, together with special thermal paints to minimize heat dispersion.
Design pressure: 12 bar (available up to 25 bar)
Efficiency without economizer: 90% (±1%)
Efficiency with economizer (4, 6, 8 rows): 93% to 95% (±1%)
Structure: Three-pass, wet-back
Operation system: Fully automatic
Large water volume, wide evaporation surface, operating flexibility and premium on-board accessories ensure excellent performance, safety, reliability, cost-efficiency and long service life.
Fuel versatility: can operate with gaseous or liquid fuels (including high-viscosity types), compatible with any market burner.
Options on request: economizer, water modulation, salinity controller, automatic blowdown, etc.
